Kim called and said that Mom is out of surgery. She has been in recovery and is now ready to transfer to a room on the Ninth floor Room 9876 in Clarkson Tower in Omaha. It is connected to the Durham Out Patient Center where Mom had her elbow surgery.
The Dr. said that he put in 2 plates and lots of screws. Mom should have full movement of her arm, but it may be numb. For now, she has restricted movement. So it can heal.
Mom will stay at the hospital tonight and then they will see if she can be released tomorrow after the Dr. checks her at noon.
If you have any questions; Kim has Mom's cell phone and you can call her on it and leave a message if she doesn't answer. Or you can call her room at 402-552-6976.
The nurse said Mom is doing well.
