April 25, Denver

Wed I flew to Denver because I was a witness in the federal government's trial of Norman Schmitt and others. This is the US Court building where the trial was held. I had to be there at 9:30 but did not get called in until 11:00. At 12:15 we adjourned for lunch. I was still being questioned by Wyatt Angelo the Ass. US attorney so needed to return by 1:15 when the court convened again. I was is the stand until 1:45. I was asked question about papers dealing with my investment with Jan (McLain) Schmitt and Norm her husband.
The Sun was shinning and it was very warm at noon. I bought a sandwich, water, and chips and ate with the sun on my back sitting on one of the benches in front of the the court. I was beautiful.
