Rocky Road Dessert Pie


1 pkg chocolate fudge cake mix, 1 3/4 C chilled whipping cream
2/3 C water 2//3 C Miniature marshmallows

3 Tbls.veg.oil 2/3C coarsly chopped walnuts

2 eggs 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 35O0.Grease pie plate and dust with sugar. Reserve 1 2/3 C lightly packed cake mix(dry) Beat remaining cake mix,water,oil and eggs in medium bowl on medium speed for 2 min. Bake 30-35 min. Cool completely. Beat whipping cream and reseved cake mix(dry) together until stiff. Fold in marshmellow, walnuts and chocolate chips. Spread over cooled cake. Drizzel chocolate glaze on top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
